Important Announcement for USA Shipments
Subject: Update on USPS Shipment Embargo and 10% Additional Tax
To ensure uninterrupted service to our USA customers, all standard airmail shipments from our Hong Kong warehouse will now be rerouted via FedEx to our USA warehouse before final USPS delivery. This will maintain or improve current delivery times.
Additionally, over 90% of our in-house brand, Boom Racing, is stocked in our Arizona warehouse for direct orders. We will continue to expand product selections in the US.
We've invested in this infrastructure since COVID-19, and it has proven beneficial for us and our customers in the United States. While these changes involve additional costs on our end, this commitment ultimately serves the best interests of our customers, which remains our primary focus.
The recent 10% additional tax announcement will not affect Boom Racing products ordered from our USA warehouse. Our plan is to absorb the cost, ensuring these changes will not impact our end customers.
