How To Use

• Dealer enters the accurate shipping details of the customer, including name, full address, email and phone number in the Drop Ship section at the Shopping Cart page. Email and telephone of the customer is used for shipping confirmation and notification (Asiatees Hobbies will not use these information for any marketing purposes).
• Shipping address is customer’s address; billing address is dealer address.
• Dealer selects the country & shipping method of customer in Shipping Details section.
• A packing slip without price will be included inside all drop ship orders.
• For FedEx / DHL shipments the full web retail price is printed on the invoice for customs purpose.

Terms & Conditions

• All drop ship orders are shipped to the customer directly from the nearest warehouse based on availability.
• Customer is subjected to any import duty/tax.
• Dealer is responsible to notify and resolve with customer for all clearance matters.
• Should there be any disputes; dealer is responsible to resolve with customer directly.
• All returns must be returned to dealer directly, unless otherwise approved. Contact dealer@asiatees.com for returns issue.
• Dealer is fully responsible for all costs associated with returns and delivery failures.
• Order with items that are not immediately available will ship once all items are in stock.
• One order per shipping address.
• Asiatees Hobbies reserves the right to final decision.
• By using the Drop Ship Program dealer agrees to the terms and conditions stated above.
