ImmersionRC comes up with some great stuff for FPV flying. Their main racing quadcopter is the Vortex, which is a 285-sized quadcopter that flies ridiculously well right out of the box. Set-up literally takes 5 minutes out of the box. All you have to do is attach your PPM-compatible receiver and 3S/4S LiPo to the quad, and do your set-up wizard, and it's good to go! It feels like it's on rails the minute you punch into the sky, but it's even better because if you want a faster, more snappy flight experience, you can pre-load any of the pro-tune set-ups, OR you can set-up any of the PID settings or rates right in your goggles! The EzOSD that the Vortex comes with allows you to set everything within your quad through your FPV goggles, so there's no need for you to bring your laptops and tablets out to tune your quad anymore.

The wheelbase of the Vortex FPV quad is 285mm (which is the motor-to-motor distance from one corner to the other) and its weight is 350g without a battery or HD camera. It is equipped with a FatShark 600TVL CMOS. The Vortex features a unique foldable mini-quad frame, a fully integrated design with full-graphic OSD, and a flight controller that is pre-loaded with Cleanflight. There is also a custom integrated 5.8GHz video transmitter with a 350mW output power inside the kit. So you just need to add your own transmitter and receiver that can use PPM, FPV goggles/screen, and a 3S/4S LiPo battery.
