FrSky X9E & Horus X12D At HEC 2015
FrSky's Horus X12D has aluminum CNC based gimbals with high res magnetic angle sensors for morep recision and responsiveness. The screen is a high resolution IPS screen at 800x480 and it's a touch-screen. It has voice broadcast AND recognition, which is a pretty cool feature. It has built-in GPS and WiFi. It has the FrSky OS installed already, which is a pretty good OS for beginners, but still has a suite of options for advanced users. The Horus X12D will support open source firmware like openTX!
The other model they had at HEC 2015 was their X9E transmitter, or the Taranis-E, which has two screens for information displays, Bluetooth 4.0 compatible, 2 pot slots and 8 switch slots, and a metal casing for more durability. It's very closely related to the Taranis, and it supports full telemtry, speech, and mixing. This tray transmitter is compatible with openTX as well, and is a step-up as it has improved gimbals and a new OLED readable screen for easier access to telemtry information.
