Body Options for Boom Racing BRX02 and BRX02 109
For those asking for the BRX02 and BRX02 109 body options, swapping the bodies between the BRX02 and BRX02 109 chassis is straightforward. the Boom Racing Land Rover Series III 109 pickup body is interchangeable with the Team Raffee Co. D110 station wagon and pickup truck bodies.
There are two scenarios:
Scenario A - if you have the BRX02 chassis and want to fit the Land Rover Series III 109 body, or
Scenario B - if you have the BRX02 109 chassis and want to fit the TRC D110 station wagon or pick-up body.
Scenario A - if you want the Land Rover Series III 109 body and have either a BRX02 Link or Leaf chassis, get these:
- 1. Land Rover® Series III 109 Pickup 1/10 Hard Body Kit (BRX02300) (alum body mount included)
- 2. Steering Servo Mount (BRX020108)
- 3. ESC Mounting Plate (BRX020106)
- 4. Optional: BRX80 axle conversion kit (BRLC7206) for more scale tuck-in look
Scenario B - if you want the D110 station wagon or pickup body and already have a BRX02 109 chassis, get these:
- 1. TRC D110 Station Wagon (TRC/302214) Pickup (TRC/302215)
- 2. Quick Release Body Mount (BRX020062) and
- 3. Quick Release Body Mount Extension (BRX020063)
- 4. Optional: BRX90 axle conversion kit (BRLC7078) for improved steering ability
- 5. Optional: Steering Servo Mount (BRX020007) for improved suspension geometry
