    The Boom Racing spur gear case covers will fit a standard SCX10 transmission gearbox, but the screw-in cover will not fix over the newer double slipper clutch spur gear, unless you drill through the center of the cover. I believe it was designed around the original transmission that came with the 48p spur gear and single slipper. Other than that, it's a nice piece. Also, it will fit on a Hot Racing HT 57T Steel Full Metal Locked Transmission (HOTSCP38ST05).

    Great product, the standard spur shaft has to be shortened 3mm but no big deal.
