Serpent Cobra GT 3.0 GP 4wd on road 1/8 scale GT car, gas-powered version. Based on the Cobra platform and designed to perform on asphalt tracks. High end racing chassis with 7075-T6 aluminum chassis, carbon fiber shock towers, race-clutch, light 2-speed gearbox, durable spring-steel drivetrain, geared diffs and a foam bumper.
In Depth Features:
Aluminum Front/Front and Front/Rear Suspension Holders: Redesigned suspension holders change the pivot pin angle, to position the lower wishbones straighter than before, which is better suited to on road racing.
6 Degree Aluminum C-Hubs: The aluminum c-hubs are CNC-machined from 7075 T6 aluminum, and the 6° geometry was chosen to get the most out of the updated pivot pin/wishbone angle. The c-hubs are black anodized and laser engraved for easy identification.
Aluminum Rear Uprights: The rear uprights were redesigned to provide geometry better suited to on road. The uprights are CNC machined aluminum, black anodized and laser engraved.
Aluminum Front & Rear Shock Risers: The durable machined aluminum shock-risers secure the lower shock mount to the arm in the front and rear, and allow for a better shock angle for on road, creating more overall grip and more predictable cornering.
Carbon Front & Rear Shock Towers: The redesigned carbon fiber shock towers are 4.5mm lower than before to accommodate the updated shock angles, and offer a choice of 5 mounting holes for increased tuning options.
NOTE: Does not include Engine, Air Filter, Wheels, Tires and Body shown in photos. For illustrative purposes only and are not included. See needed to complete list below for a full list of items required to complete the model.

The Racing Experience Serpent has been around for more than 30 years and it was founded by Berton BV, which is named the two founders, Pieter Bervoets and Ron Ton, which both were RC car racers. The pair built their first RC car in 1972, using a Kyosho Dash 1 chassis modified by themselves. In 1977, the duo started to develop their first car under the Serpent name in 1977 and in 1979, both Bervoets and Ton had won separate EFRA 1:8 titles with their Mk. III Pro.
Despite the broken road that Serpent has been on, they've got team drivers from Europe, US, and Asia, taking 9 world titles, and 37 European titles altogether, plus a number of nationals. Its line of products specializes mainly in 1/8 and 1/10 scale for buggies, touring, and pan cars.
It's Serpent's goal to create great products, which offer a truly great racing experience. Experience racing, race Serpent! All Serpent products are available at the largest online rc store.
