- With this caterpillar set you can run your crawler smoothly either on sand or snow surfaces. The conversion kit comes with 2 different pairs of caterpillar which specialize on sand or snow. The alloy parts were made of 6061 in maintenance free design. If you're driving over soft surface, it is recommended that you get 2 pairs for front and back. For hard sand surfaces, install only on the rear wheel is sufficient.
