A brilliant way to improve this is to move the front ones to the back and get a pair of new aluminum front adjustable spring damper (RUS087F) to replace the original ones. There is no shocks can last forever, but these will definitely last an enough long period. By the way, if you want to handle bigger jumps, use thicker shock oil like 35wt ones. The stock 30wt ones will not be enough for huge jumps.
